That’s an...interesting take on Titus.

You’ve really got to hand it to Flo/Olivia for taking this movie nobody would have remembered and turning it into a huge spectacle, two weeks still before it opens. Brilliant marketing.

Wow this is all so weird. What was Wilde supposed to have done to Pugh, anyway?

Also fair. I retract the majority of my comment.

Not my reading of it, but I understand what you’re saying, and it makes sense.

That seems in bad taste in any year. Not really sure what the joke was supposed to be.

It was a lovely, cathartic moment.

Fun. Check out the full lyrics for Money for Nothin and enjoy the liberal use of the F word.

They’re weirdly being remembered well now, by people who were very little kids at the time I am guessing.

Wut.

This is one of those “but but but” discussions that nobody ever wins.

Immediately going INDUSTRY! is the smokescreen. A famous person should not be able to use 90K gallons of water on their personal property because they want to water their trees.

WOKE HAS ENTERED THE CHAT

If you’re an artist, you don’t go after a reviewer. And that was hardly the only comment the reviewer made.

She’s very young, but still, somebody should have stepped in with the ol’ “The Internet is Forever” line.

“Why isn’t everybody making me famous in the way I want to be famous, dang it?!”

Well, no, because meth is a real thing, and every aspect of Captain Hook is pure fantasy. Nobody was saying they were real (and what a bizarre thing to even mention), but that METH, in THAT PLACE, are both very real. So yeah, if Captain Hook was dealing the blue, the statue would also be gross there too.

They’re great statues so they should place them somewhere, but yeah there is a weird aftertaste that both of these characters are unrepentant monsters.

I’m one of the other five. I LOVED it, and was shocked at how quickly they undid the whole thing.
