You can edit after someone responds but only if it is within the time window. It's a sneaky thing that some people do, edit their original comments after someone else has already responded, making the respondent seem like a jerk.

The Street 4 series is crazy. Did you see the one with the guy standing outside the railing on the top of the Empire State Building tied to it with a rope? And the weird one with the woman on her front lawn sunbathing and the guy leaning over her doing what looks like cupping her breast?

This is the fourth version of this story I have encountered. I keep reading and hoping for a different ending. So sad.
