Wouldn’t the temperature thing happen no matter what? Unless the offices all have individual thermostats (but I don’t think most do). Either way, the people in the rest of the office, whether there are cubicles or an open plan, would still have the same temp issue.

This is all super interesting...I’ve always run toe to heel (even though I walk heel to toe), but I’ve never had to train or do it consciously. It just happens when I run. I just assumed it was the same for everyone!!
