It reminds me of the basic polygon models used for vehicles in early development versions of video games. You know, before they add real models and skins to the objects.

Three things to note here:
1) most load ratings are underrated to give extra headroom for bigger idiots.
2) they are also underrated to make it easier for OEMs to wash their hands if somebody destroys their shit actually doing work and screws up.
3) just because the vehicle appears to be able to handle much higher load…
I don’t even understand the appeal of this thing for NON-truck stuff. The flat panels make it look primitive to me rather than futuristic. Like it was built by a civilization that hadn’t yet figured out how to bend steel into more complex shapes.
Yeah, race car is a different thing. But if I am shopping race car, I’m not shopping the normal ads. I’m not going to find a good race car on Carfax or Autotrader or the like.
Modifications of any form.
It’s supposed to show how much money they have, when in fact it shows how much money they spent, and no longer have.
Selling for a friend, what the hell is up with that?
Yeah, if the pictures are take with the car hard up against a wall on one side, usually the drivers, then I’m just gonna assume that it is completely scraped to hell, or or otherwise trashed, on that side and scroll on by.
came here to say this - “License Plate Thumb” - hard nope
A photo of the car that is not of the actual car.
Ran when parked, yeah, sure. Every car ran at one point. What do they want, a participation trophy. All I want to know is can I drive it away right now or do I have to bring a flatbed for it.
100% if they don’t even bother to clean the interior.
Oh, god, yeah. Half the time the biggest red flag is not the car’s condition. It is the seller is an arsehole. No car is enough of a unicorn to make dealing with some people worthwhile.
“no lowballers, I know what I have”
I haven’t purchased a car from a private seller in over 20 years but I tend to browse a lot. Wealth signaling vanity shots where someone carefully arranges every “nice” thing they have into frame always gets under my skin and gives me the ick. Like, no way do I want to deal with that person and their ego.
If they voted to hand the world’s richest man an additional $56 billy, they’re going to vote to hand money over to other companies, going to vote to smash their own balls, and vote to nuke Costa Rica because it sounds Spanish-y. Rubes, cultists, and sycophants rule the voting bloc.
If they focused on that, they wouldn’t have given him the largest payday in history while he grinds Tesla into dust. They’re all drug buddies and sycophantic cult members, they’ll do whatever he wants.
