Why is the giving of interviews immediately after the competition a necessity?

I’m curious about the dealer wanting the customer to agree to a $10,000 markup before a test drive. I mean, they hadn’t agreed to buy the car, so you have $0 leverage by getting them to “agree” to that. It’s meaningless and just ruins the opportunity for business.

This is true. Sometimes the dealerships aren’t prepared. We’ve been trying to get a recall done on a Toyota Rav4 for at least six months now. It’s a problem with paint bubbling and peeling, and it’s nearly on every part of the vehicle.
