Oh right, I totally forgot I read about this guy awhile back:

Hi Foxbat87, I touched on this with my response to dsoundo above. But to dive in a little deeper, my influence largely came outside of games. With my film background, I wanted the game to feel as though it came from the period itself, more of a peer of James Bond than deriving from it. Drawing inspiration from the

Hey Foxbat87. The art direction was really led by Mark, who had worked at Pixar for 16+ years on movies such as The Incredibles, Wall.E, Monsters, Inc. So the influences are more a result of his background outside of games.

Wow! This looks pretty, pretty, pretty cool....shame it won't get made. I really like the concept of people banding together and trying to take out this creature that apparently "would take thousands of players months if not years to coordinate guerilla warfare on a massive scale to kill this beast". Whaaaat? This

I pirate as a sorta try before you buy if theres a game im on the fence about ill play it if im digging I usually either buy it then and now or wait for a steam sale and transfer saves and if i dont I delete it. As someone with a very small games budget it has saved me lots of money and from buying games that i

I honestly didn't think that any developer could spend all of their last presentation discussing their game's variety of cardboard boxes and leave me begging for more. Yet here we are.

Well, of course it did, all mechs have plot resistant armour, clearly, the typhoon destroying it wasn't part of the plot, thus it didn't get destroyed

man, and here I thought it was going to be something like the mecha withstood the typhoon while being on display....

I'm right there with you. My GF is a lighter/environment artist at our studio, and she fell in love with the skies as I played Destiny. She made a Titan class specifically to stare at the sky in the Cosmodrome for an hour, breaking down how she thinks it was put together, before giving me back the controller.

Best version of Destiny. I played the Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta. Runs at 160x144. All at 60 frames per second.

Im gonna give my opinion on what i felt was missing from the beta though it will be compared with things boarderlands did.

It sounds as if the beta testers found the experience too hollow. Good on EA and DICE then for delaying it to beef it up rather than shoveling out what they thought would be a passable game.

It's almost like there's a reason why those area's would be off limits. No clue why though.

Probably not the best time to have "TERRORISTS WIN" on your screen..

Welcome to 2014 where nerd rage gets real.

60$ for this is a steal. Talk about fan service. I am really excited for this. I am impressed so far from what I have read, and seen.

Xbox owners, you're getting a lot more of Destiny than Playstation owners ever got of Halo.
