I would think if you ran through the gauntlet world on the darker side, you could make the 9999 pretty quickly.... tbh, I wish more of Odyssey had platform elements like that final world... would have made it a better game

to people who want to play gta online in an “offline” capacity, reset your internet settings, do everything default except MTU. On default, MTU is at 1500, you want to set it at 800. It gets you in a public session by yourself everytime. No glitches, no exploits. You can even invite a friend or two...
