@bucklefilledbird: its almost more convenient too. For amps at least. turning the one switch on the powerbar turns on 4 different things. saves power AND time. if I could rig it up to a clapper itd be quite the party.

me entire room is on powerbars. xbox, home theater, tv, several amps and keyboards. all gets shut down. the only thing that stays plugged in and isnt turned off is a clock.

@Dr. What?: I think you might be right. from what I've heard theres no phone honeycomb yet. maybe once its been on tablets for a while it will be developed to be scaled down? Although the Galaxy has a 4" screen and the Tab has a 7" so maybe they figure we all have laser eyes

I've never wanted my phone to be my iPod. I don't know why but that idea seems more useless to me than one gadget. Theres been plenty a night where my phone has vanished, but I can sleep knowing i still have my iPod. Maybe backwards logic?
