@Herabek: i liked the sailing most of the time. I remember though near the start there is a part where you HAVE to sail across the entire map. Id just put the controller down and go do something else until I got there.

make a new sandbox game. the last ones (underground, american wasteland) were ok but lacked what could have been awesome. create a character then go do whatever. throw in some rpg elements and yah ill spend $60 on that
