I’m going to chime in to tell you how very right you are.

This is kinda why I haven’t tried EH yet. I love AH and have a bunch of xpacs and such, and I do kind-of like the deep, tough mechanics and some of the crazier stuffs that I hear got “streamlined” in EH (such as the ability sliders going out).

I’m slightly concerned because my vet was awesome to really couch chances... Apparently in her time as a vet she’s only seen one cat not respond to treatment. She was “very” blocked up and I just am giving every moment to Amida to make sure she’s at least comfortable and not in pain.

You mistake. I feel awful about anyone who wants money and power. Government and social service is about sacrifice. Ask the millions of poor-but-helping class of non-profit workers and you’d get it easier.
