Not a doctor, but I’ve had tons of treatments of this sort since I’ve had RA/Lupus for 20 years now. There are different kinds of chemo at this point. One of the older standards is methotrexate, a cancer chemo drug that is injected in small (25CC) doses weekly for autoimmune diseases. Treatment for autoimmune diseases…

That is untrue. Lupus can cause brain swelling and increases in CSF which can cause mental illness symptoms.
