gas shielded is also easier than flux core to actually weld. Start with some small pieces. try not to overheat anything and you’ll be where you need to be. filler and paint make me the welder i aint’
How dare you use reasoning.
Do you think any of the folks who took advantage of the program are complaining now? In my estimation it’s more likely that the folk driving gas guzzlers-then and now are conservative. Many more trucks for blue collar jobs. Are they in this conversation?
Funny auto wipers and lights are probably my favorite things about my car. I’m also neurotic with the wipers though. Constantly adjusting to avoid the squeak. Also I drive in a rural area a lot, it’s nice not to blind people with my highbeams. and I can’t forget to turn them off now.
19' fusion. dashboard. tons of options in the view on the dash, but can’t see a lot of them at the same time. if I use the paddle shifters to down shift or upshift on a big hill whatever view I currently have set changes to the tach, then I have to go back and change it again. also temp gauge and tach can’t be shown…
You will mess it up, and then just do it again. That’s how you learn unfortunately. What I will say is if you plan to buy a little flux core machine to tackle this repair you should know that flux welders are not as capable at thin material as their gas shielded counter parts, so you will likely burn through especially…
My how unexpected.
I kinda think EV’s should focus more on efficiency v power. Boring I know. I understand much of the reason EV’s have high power is because they have to based on their battery and motors. I’d much rather more range than more power. Every EV is fast, even the lowly Bolt. So lets see some range. The fact that the Bolt in…

Motorcycles are a drug. I used to ride all year, until it snowed and the roads were salted/sanded. They are incredible-until they are not.
That could be it. I don’t make enough to play these games that’s for sure.

I wouldn’t get to excited about this, Cadillac has let us down many many times.
You echo my thoughts exactly. Lets see if they can get a working radio before we dip our toes into EV. Every Chrysler/stellantis owned vehicle I’ve been around for the last 15 years had issues with the radio.
C4 ugliest (or maybe c6?) they might be ugly but damn do they handle. Everything else about them is terrible though. Broken headlights, crossfire injection. Dashboard that’s stopped working before their 5th birthday.
