Just like the abusers, he always spins himself as a victim and lawyers up. He is not under attack. America is and he is the fucking perpetrator.

I am having a hard time grappling with the whole “innocent until proven guilty” due process of law thing while simultaneously thinking “holy fuck this motherfucker is Scott Peterson levels of guilty.” The second thought gives me so much more glee.

It’s because they have no class. Chew gum, eat at Hooters, wear baseball caps at all times, hang a fake scrotum from the trailer hitch on your rolling coal truck.

Also, if she is any kind of human being (and all indications are that she IS) then she probably feels some sort of responsibility and guilt. Not that she should, but she’s probably going to have survivor’s guilt times a million gazillion.

I changed it to better reflect what I meant. I never said it was the objectively worst thing but that it was the most “shocking” thing, as in the thing I just hadn’t expected to happen in the aftermath of another bombing, which was the small amount of people in comparison to the whole group expressing their symapthies…

In the UK we’ve had bombings against civilians on and off for the last 40-50 years, especially in Northern Ireland, due to The Troubles and now Islamic Extremism. We all knew that the next IS or IS inspired attack was coming and coming soon, so the bombing itself to me isn’t that shocking.

The people who tweeted this are probably very young and might not be able to fully understand the situation. I don’t believe that they feel ambivalent towards the victims and their families.

Even I have to admit to feeling a particular sadness for Grande, and I’m a woman in her thirties who couldn’t identify one of her songs if I tried. Those children were there to see her. She has to live with that for the rest of her life. It’s a tremendous burden to bear and I’ve saved some of my good thoughts for her…

What’s shocked me most however was not the bombing, or the trolling, but the people on twitter who were trending #PrayForAriana, not caring for the victims of the attack but for a singer who was probably the first to be evacuated.

They were children. Fucking children. I’m heartbroken.
