Depending on how many cables you’re dealing with and the overall size of your setup, I would also recommend separating your power and AV cables. That is unless you love your white noise machine so much you want every other appliance in your living room to become one as well.

One thing I don’t think you mentioned is a power strip liberator. If you own any older videogame consoles, you’ll know many of them have large AC adapters that won’t fit on a power strip...especially if the outlet openings aren’t facing towards the outside of the power strip. This is us. We went from 18k to 75k, and while we’re comfy (and finally saving in the 401ks), I still don’t feel like we’ve “made it”.
