Somebody else mentioned it below, but that ain’t a “knight” helmet. That helmet dates to ‘antiquity’ as they say (Greece, Persia etc). Even if you just say its a ‘warrior’ helmet and no more ‘real’ than a Game Of Thrones outfit, then the name is still way off. Knights are medieval Europe and that helmet is... not.

I really like both this podcast, and Patrick’s MMA coverage, particularly his views on the women’s side of the sport. If there’s a new or newsworthy female fighter out there, he makes sure that he Caesar.
