I currently work for a company that does QA for all sorts of systems, some including identifying accurate speech recognition for voice control systems. I understand the fear behind the practice, but I would trust human-QA over automated QA for something like speech recognition.

You’re forgetting just how much more SIMPLE the NES and SNES controllers were. They didn’t even have joysticks, let allow motion detection, vibration function, etc.

If Steam warned players beforehand, they wouldn’t cheat to begin with.

All companies should just do account-wide bans for cheating like this. Cheat in a CS:GO match? Lose access to your Steam Library. Cheat in R6S? Lose access to everything UPlay. Etc.
