Raise your hand if you stopped reading after the first two “sentences” because your brain exploded trying to decipher what the fuck he was saying.

Can you cite where you got this information?

“Mayock, in turn, was unhappy that Brown complained about the fines in public.”

He was saying Drew did.

Blaming this on the Raiders is hilarious. What exactly did they do wrong here? Brown missed practices for the dumbest of reasons and they fined him (if Belichick did it, it’d be all “He treats everyone the same, good!”). Brown deserves 100% of the blame here.

This is such a lame fucking comment

Wait, are you saying you actually enjoy something about sports?

“It’s heady stuff.” Boy, what a low bar.

This article feels like it’s written for 5-year-olds learning to skate.

Why does Deadspin let people who don’t watch or know anything about hockey write about hockey?

Yeah, definitely. Because everyone knows the solution to having shitty, older, close-to-washed up pitchers all over your roster is to sign more of them.

Molinari put his ball barely in the water on 12 (not in the middle, that was a later hole). Also the 18th is nowhere close to being a Par 5. Many of the players during the week drove with 3 woods and had relatively easy irons onto the green in 2. Lot of inaccuracies in this.

As evidenced by your 1 star.

Raise your hand if you don’t understand his point that all Deadspin (in particular Wags) does now is shit on everything. Deadspin: The Cool Kids of the Sports Internet Who Hate Sports and Anything that Could Be Enjoyed By Anyone.

Booooooooooooooooooooooo. No one fucking caaaaaaaaaaares. Why can’t we just try to enjoy sports.

So you come to Deadspin a) knowing who Elena Bergeron is and b) deeply caring about her resigning at SB Nation? Seems like a pretty odd thing to care a lot about, but oh well.

No one on earth knows or cares who Elena Bergeron is. Makes no sense to include her name in the headline. Write about something people care about and stop trying to make it look like what happens in the “sports journalism industry” matters. No one cares about you guys or SB Nation, we care about actual sports.

let’s see the numbers

Listen if it’s Magary vs Portnoy, you’re obviously right. Portnoy is a complete and total POS (granted Magary is older than Portnoy and was doing/writing the same stuff when he was Portnoy’s age).

The problem is when it extends to guys like PFT and how Deadspin constantly puts blame on them for Barstool’s misdeeds.

If we’re going to get into the “what’s worse” argument, I’d venture there’s also a big difference between being actually BEING the person with a questionable past (Magary in this case) and being a guy who simply works for a company that he publicly disagrees with when they’re wrong (PFT).

But PFT has disagreed with Barstool and Portnoy before, yet Deadspin still chides him for being under Barstool’s umbrella. Drew apologizes and it’s all good? It’s a double standard on Deadspin’s end.
