I don’t understand her success. She seems like a dick, not very bright, and not very interesting. How does one parlay that into TV and radio? I guess that’s a rhetorical question because it’s not like there isn’t precedent for it.
Caveat, I have a connection to the writers, but I find the show self-indulgent and missing the mark by juuuust this much every time where I wanted to love it. And the finale, by (their) social media accounts and this review, is all about self-indulgence.
