Can we also talk about how today he also met with the leaders of the Alphabet Agencies, some of the most powerful and historically pro-GOP Intelligence groups in the world, and basically claimed they were wrong about Putin and Russia’s involvement despite them then releasing a report which states plain as day that

This woman didn’t do anything right. She’s merely doing what she always does stand up for self and people like you and other readers here use the rare occasions when what Megyn Kelly says intersects with things they actually believe in to conclude that she is better than she is. She isn’t.

Nah. You probably just have to be a woman in proximity who isn’t a doormat for these guys to hate you. Kelly is still garbage.

Concur. It takes no moral or ethical achievement to get Trump to hate you.

Megyn Kelly is still a villain and a despicable human being.

I’m not either, but I’m going to go ahead and guess that you are also not a history buff fascinated by World War II. I’d be shocked if more than 1% of these purchases are ideological. Most interest in Mein Kampf in Germany is likely academic. I posted elsewhere, but I knew a guy who did his PhD in history in Germany

This particular version was a huge annotation project by the Institute of Contemporary History. It’s filled with notes, criticisms, details, etc, from academics. My guess is the Institute gets the profits. But the answer to the other question, yes, I believe. It’s a public domain work, so I think you can put out that

I think we both posted this necessary context simultaneously. I knew a guy who studied World War II history in Germany at the graduate level like ten years ago, and he was only allowed to use Mein Kampf as an in-library reference item, and only then when he had a signed permission note from his professor, signed off

Actually, congrats to the historians and academics who annotated the book, provided critical analysis and context for this version. That is a lot of work, and I, for one, am not surprised people want to read a version with that level of critical annotation. I do think this is related to the rise of the far right in

More than because of the rise of the Alt-Right, it’s worth considering the possibility that the sudden surge in interest in Mein Kampf in Germany might have something to do with the fact that when the book went into the public domain last year, it marked the first time it was legally available in Germany for 71 years.

Mein Kampf had not been available in Germany since 1945. This edition is 2000 pages because it could only be sold fully annotated. But it’s been in the US for 90 years in its original, unexplained form - which is still illegal in Germany.

...women and girls should have privacy and safety in their restrooms, showers and locker rooms. Unfortunately, legislation is necessary to assure that they do.

lol

Stalin was a hard line leftist who organized a religious purge in the USSR.

You can’t call someone a Stalinist bigot in one sentence and then claim that they are in bed with the religious right in the next.

Again, maybe you’re not a native speaker of English – I’m not – but you seem to not know what a lot of words mean, now, including “ironic.”

Thanks for the tip. Much appreciated.

Lol, clickbait and commentariat toxicity, definitely not to be found at Jezebel. Good belly laugh on that one.

I think maybe you don’t know what the suffix “-phobia” means.

You are uneducated about both feminism and manners if you use a slur like TERF.
