Actually, due process is part of the arbitral process. You know, if an employers wants to fire an employee covered by a CBA, they have to afford said employee due process rights. This is not ‘legally based’ -

Employees have due process rights in administrative hearings, like in disciplinary arbitrations . . . so you’re wrong
