Yeah it saddens me that the Ekranoplan has an incredibly specific niche where it can work at all.

Whenever I see a seaplane my mind immediately goes to the Ekranoplan, and everything else pales in comparison.

But I mean just buy another one, there’s more of these for sale most likely. Why would they continue the bidding for so long, that’s what I don’t get? Just quit the bidding at 50K (or whatever) and get the next one for sale.
