One of the few late-era Simpsons episodes that I loved was S18E21 “24 Minutes”. It’s a non-canonical parody of 24, but it was fantastic. The mole’s “suicide” is one of the most darkly hilarious jokes The Simpsons ever pulled.

The first two books and movies are for kids, full stop.  It was YA.  I won’t say it gets especially deep after that, but it at least matures.

Ymfah videos are absolutely fantastic if you’ve never seen them before. He really knows how to make going through the same couple souls games over and over again in different challenges extremely entertaining. The “No Walking” or the “No Attacking” runs are some of my favorites.

Seth Rogen seems like the kind of guy that comes in two forms, enthusiastic to the point of obnoxiousness or devoid of any enthusiasm. If you can’t get the former, you really should look elsewhere.

I refuse to believe that anyone cares as much about this movie as people are trying to *convince* me that people care so much about this movie.

Right, he wasn’t being a diva or anything. Clearly, the people making the film said “ok, we want Donkey Kong to sound like Seth Rogan” and moved forward. If they had said “we want someone to do a voice” then I don’t think Rogan would have begrudged them for going with someone else.

Not to defend this, but the game has offline play and private servers, right? It’s not like, say, Diablo 4.

I don’t think he was ‘making demands’. He said ‘This is how I do my voice. If this is good for you, then cool.’ Blame the producers, if anyone. Seth was just upfront about how is performance would be and they still hired him despite that warning.
