I recently hopped back into SWTOR after dropping out about five years ago, and I’m loving it. I’m mostly just playing through the class main storylines, and it’s very very easy.

I’d buy plenty of physical games from GameStop if they offered competitive sale pricing, or had used games at a reasonable discount, or didn’t try to sell used games as new.

Ah, nice. Generally they’ve made previously released heroes free when they release new heroes, but new heroes will cost some credits. I had to buy the Clone Wars ones, but it wasn’t too bad of a grind, especially since they gave us a lump of credits here and there and the frequent 2x and 3x XP events.

This is partially correct. All DLC is included, but you cannot pay to unlock heroes with real money. They are only unlockable by in-game currency earned by playing, and all of the launch heroes and TLJ heroes are unlocked from the start.
