That’s because it does, in fact, look better. Driveclub set the bar two years ago and remains the game to beat in terms of visuals. Realistically, I think it’s gonna take the added horsepower of either the PlayStation Pro or the Xbox Scorpio to push racing game graphics significantly past what Driveclub already…

It’s a very sad news. While Driveclub had a real problematic launch, it’s a great game and heavily supported. Let’s hope that Sony wouldn’t let the game die. (And let’s hope that people hit by layoffs will find a new job quickly, too.)

Presumably if they set up a new company, a lot of staff would move along with them. Either way, it’d shake up a lot of things and change how Ubisoft makes games.
