SOL STARR!  Wow, I even remember those episodes. I watched WAY too much Wings as a kid.

Anyone know the name of the episode where the brothers fly an old guy around looking for his brother?

What?  No big sandwich?!?!

I don't like to go on about how alluring actors are in such and such film but she had quite a look in Thor: Ragnarok. I mean, Care Blanchett is already a beautiful woman but it was the first time I was like "whoah, is it hot in here or is it just me?"

Lalo has an incredible appreciation for the world he’s in. Like the other intense characters (Gus, Mike), he’s a fiend for the details and wants to leave no stone unturned. Does anyone think it was a mistake for Mike not to coach up Jimmy on his story? Can you hear Mike saying “You can sleep later. You don’t ‘Got it’.

Thank you! I knew the fuel cap thing was a callback to something, but I couldn’t place it.

I must be dreaming!

That gif should include Sean Connery’s humorous retort!

It seems like a natural fit to be made into a British TV series, maybe with Billie Piper, Jenna Coleman, and Freema Agyeman

I thought she was...okay? To be honest I was surprised at how good James Franco was, and in double parts. I know a lot of folks hate him because of the allegations against him, but putting that aside I thought he was legit great on that show.

Not mentioned at all, shockingly, is his having written Homicide: A Life on the Killing Streets, upon which the similarly named classic cop show was based. It’s a cliche to call it The Wire 1.0, but a lot of the well-observed day-to-day challenges and institutional obstructionism are right there. Simon also joined the

No, because it’s not terrible. It’s flawed in a lot of ways, but not terrible. Danny Peary’s awesome “Cult Movies” book series convinced me to give the film a chance, and I’m glad I did.

I was dying when “BARE GENITALS” appeared on the screen in the background

The growing number of inter-office romances on The Office was one of the things that turned me off the show. While I think the writers thought it made the characters and the situation more interesting, it made me feel like these people were just weirdly codependent, like they were in some kind of knockoff of a Sartre
