I watched Contempt and The Heartbreak Kid. Contempt is good, but left me cold. The Heartbreak Kid is also good, but it’s been a while since I watched it.

I don’t know, Dalton looks like he can fight.

That Iron Maiden shirt is pretty cool.

I’m talking about the actual guys holding up Saul. They were the ones called by the worker at the shop. They could work for the Twins and just looking to steal, or they just hired guns. It wouldn’t make much sense for Lalo to kill Saul before he’s bailed out of jail.

Well, he knew where the ambush was because he was following Saul with a tracker he placed in Saul’s fuel cap.

Lalo: Saul’s cute, but I think he’s married to Kim, hehe.

In the opening, when the Twins visited the shop to collect their money, one of workers called someone. Those guys are just criminals working on their own, but could be associated with the cartel, that just want to steal the $7 million, kill Saul and make it look like Saul ran off with the money.

- Saul was definitely getting jumped, but the first jeep coming in was a great moment. Made better by Saul waving him to pass him.

RIP

I’m thinking Amanda Abbington or Anne-Marie Duff could be involved there. Maybe as ladies who work at the department stores. Maybe Michelle Dockery plays the wife of a convict who has to earn money to support the family.

I watched this a couple of nights ago and I completely forgot who the killer was. What a letdown the reveal was. The red herrings are pretty fun actually, except it lasts like a scene before they’re killed. It would have made more movie fun if the teens were getting picked off one by one as the list of suspects grows.

I guess it comes down to sex not being the end goal for the characters. Even a character like Pinto who is a virgin, he doesn’t have some journey trying to get laid for the first time. It’s unlike the other horny teen comedies where losing virginity is a goal. Or there is a specific girl that the teen has to get with

Yes, I’m pretty sure people were saying “Luke, I am your father” before Tommy Boy, but Tommy Boy was the earliest it was referenced that way. Even then, I gotta believe it was said somewhere. Back to the Future had Star Wars references, though not “Luke, I am your father”, so other films or television must have said

I look forward to watching some new eps finally and there are some gems in these later seasons too.

- I’ve been wanting the return of Lydia.

That was Stuart who was friendly! Adam must have tricked you.

RIP

I did enjoy Lobster Johnson’s appearance.
