The battery can to be reused. I chose not to use the original because the only PSP battery I owned didn’t work anymore, and it was cheaper to use an aftermarket one.

Yes. The LCD is version 1 was a little picky and had to be used at a lower resolution. Version 2 does not stretch the screen.
