One of my coworkers made some remark about how they blew through their reparations last time. He and whichever Fox News talking head was on the break room TV at the time we’re so busy agreeing with each other that I could barely even begin to process how stupid that statement was.

The operators at the factory I work at make between $19 and $24/hour, depending on the machine/department. I’ve actually heard some of them say “I don’t get paid enough to do this,” regarding routine clean ups after a jam.
