I like this idea. But where’s the bill? Yes, I know McConnell would never let it get to the floor for a vote, but she can start fighting for this change NOW, not if/when she gets elected. Introduce the bill now, and campaign on continuing to push for it and having contingency plans for if Congress doesn’t back you up.
