Is that the Courser uniform?
I wouldn’t really say it changes a LOT of the Marksman buffs. Only 5 ADCs are being changed, 2 hadn’t been reworked (but interacted interestingly with items, and the Ashe change is more a buff with how the mana return on Essence Reaver works), and Quinn is arguably being buffed with the sort-of-reinstatement of her…
I think the changes are meant in part not to necessarily cause snowballing (although that’s part of it, definitely) but to help stop the tower trades that are common in competitive play. Losing an outer isn’t huge (on the surface), but losing an inner turret as well and potentially making the lane push against you…
I came here for this post. I was not disappointed.
As someone who just did his first cosplay recently (Halloween is a good motivator it turns out), I think most cosplayers would actually love that sort of question. ;)
It’s a fixed funding campaign: If they don’t reach their goal, the money’s returned.
Sez you. As a kid, The Window caused many a sleepless night.
Depends on the patch, honestly. They’ll all change the overall balance somewhat, but most are nowhere near as dramatic as 5.16. Most will add a new champion and a few new skins, as well as minor balance tweaks. This latest one includes reworks for 4 different champions, as well as balance tweaks for a lot more, and…
They’ve been tweaking how Recall works lately (the window you can interrupt it during, mostly), so it’s likely just stemming from that. Doesn’t say anything about the codebase, although I do wish they’d rewrite the pathfinding code so they can make better bots for those times I don’t feel like dealing with human…
Honestly, the problems are less with Runeglaive’s Sheen proc per se (Lichbane, Triforce, and/or Iceborn Gauntlet are core parts of any Ezrael build). It’s that Runeglaive gives you an AoE damage Sheen proc, as well as unintentionally proccing Luden’s, giving Ez a fairly huge amount of area damage that he never had…
And given the sheer amount of roles that Crispin Freeman gets, this is saying something. Seriously, that guy is in everything.
Mudcrabs... Why did it have to be mudcrabs...
Half of the point is that often bans take place a decent amount of time after the behavior takes place, so you’ll get people bitching about it on forums and such. While I personally like the system that Guild Wars uses (ask about your ban, get told about your ban. On their forums. Publicly), this addresses the issue…
Nope, Polish. CD Projekt Red is a Polish company, and the game was originally written in their own language.
No, its about ethics in game journalism.
Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Ironically, it’s their business model that lets League do well competing against models like DotA’s. I was reading a post by one of the Rioters, and they were talking about how the sense of accomplishment and ownership at unlocking champions makes your average player (YMMV) a lot more attached to the game in general,…
Yeah, but Sion is still basically the same: Big brute with an axe. Changing a concept that dramatically and changing his role on top of that is pretty darn unlikely.
I’ve asked the local Rioters the same thing, but they won’t talk, and abducting folks for enhanced interrogation is frowned upon if you don’t work for the CIA.
