I think it has been funny to see the Gizmodo iPhone articles sponsored by Blackberry with that big dark clunky ad that pops into the top of each page.

It looks like the probe from Terra Nova to me.

Aaaaaah. Thank you for not making me go dig up that link myself!

I bet rotting pumpkin + vinegar is one hell of a smell.

I missed a part... So do publishers get to pick the number of devices? Or is it a standard Amazon set number of devices?

Regardless of ethnicity, those who can provide for their children the least, always seem to reproduce the most. This can result in offspring dying off at an early age, which in some cultures, pushes the populace to have more children. Not to mention the whole boy vs girl aspect of cultures that push the significance

Thunderbolt can be used to solve some of the expansion issues in non-tower systems, but what about simple basics like if I want to change out my hard drive? Don't the new iMacs block you from even doing that?

No kidding! It would have been a nice addition to the Nightmare Before Christmas or last year's Family Guy episode where they found Santa's workshop all filled with mutated elves.

Exactly! I enjoy Christmas (and even some Hanukkah when visiting my buds!), but I just don't want to see anything "winter holiday"-ish before November 1.

At least the damned Mistletoe Over Manhattan movie didn't air until after Halloween. Each year the Christmas Creep gets closer and closer to being one big repeating Ground Hog Day (movie, not holiday!).

I agree with Heilig. Pinpointing the 7 millionth is BS. From the pregnant tribe member in a remote Amazonian village to the "prom night dumpster baby", there are tons of births that could never be factored into the equation.

Two words: "toilet wine".

For a one night movie rental, I can stomach this. Plus it is much more upfront than the halfassed Netflix method.

I don't agree with the bans based on breed alone. With me personally, most of my altercations has come from little breeds. Pissy little buggers. Their mouths may not be able to as quickly do the damage as larger breeds, but damn if they don't give it their best shot.

Why? Because it is just the right thing to do.

One of my big questions with the new Unity is what do they actually intend for us to be able to use our Desktop for? They have it so locked down it is virtually unusable without some major tweaking. It seems like nothing more than a digital photo frame at this point.

I slogged my way through 11.04, but as of 11.10 I could not take any more damned Unity, and I am now giving Fedora a try with Gnome 3. Still not happy with the feel of it though. Both it and Ubuntu think right-clicking must be a very bad thing to do, because it is gone in most of the GUI to get any popup menus.

Preach on Brother Beavis! The year names are the ones that piss me off most. Give me a damned X.X naming convention any day over the marketing run amok names like Win DVD Maker 2013 HD Super Edition.

Hehehe, just give that man time... I think his budget-to-profit ratios are somewhere right at the top of recent Hollywood movies, so I am sure he will give it a shot soon enough!

Not enough coffee yet... When I saw the article title I thought it said "Nel Carter classes up the Akira remake". Now that I would have to see.
