Verizon is supporting it because they too are looking at some regional carrier takeovers of there own. They have been trying to push further and further in southeast markets, and I would guess Cellular South is in their sites. They can't afford to oppose the ATT issue and risk ATT using that same tactic against them…

I too was very disappointed we have yet to see a PS3 version of the Norrath series or the same engine powered Baldurs Gate series. Those were some of my favorite PS2 games ever.

GoodReader is great for handling those DVD collections of comics in PDF format; IF you can still find some at a decent price.

Lack of big name phones and iOS-devices with regional carriers probably skewed the data a bit. I know our biggest regional carrier is always pushing crazy "sales" (which almost always is on old phones) to try and keep people away from ATT or Verizon.

My problem is not so much with the anonymous data (if it truly is anonymous), but that someone is making money off of me when I have paid a very large amount for their product. I can barely stand to ride around with a model decal on the back of my car. Don't get me started on parking permit logos or "for a cause"…

I don't think we will ever see any true Star Wars sequels from the Heir To The Empire plots until Lucas kicks the bucket. And if he did give the go ahead for it, I think he would dabble too damn much erode what made those great. He just would not be able to leave well enough alone.

I think a lot of city dwellers who rely on mass transit will be much more willing to "give up their wallet" and use a smartphone than people who drive (and need to keep up with things such as drivers licenses, insurance cards, etc...).

After making it successfully unpoisoned to adult-hood years ago, I was pretty surprised to find out about the Castor Bean plant. My grandmother had those every freaking where around her house when I was kid. They can get about 10ft tall and have huge leaves so they were fun to play around.

The FX folks did a great job with the monster. Sort of a Tauren + Keepers of the Grove + Face of Boe kind of mix. Very nice.
