I don’t mean to speak out of turn, but it seems like that “age” is about 10. Which is heartbreaking.

They were being uppity and didn’t know their place. They’re supposed to just sit quietly while the local community pool takes their money then denies them entry to the facility they paid to enter. </sarcasm>

Those kids look so scared. These are children they are putting their hands on. I hate black kids aren’t allowed to be kids past a certain age.

Why can’t you be at the pool without a swimsuit? I can see not being allowed *in* the pool in street clothes, but why can’t you hang on the sidelines with your friends?

Public pools don’t need “Whites Only” signs anymore. Just call the police, tell them the black people are acting up and you’re scurrrred, and they’ll just clean up the pool for you while teaching them a lesson so they don’t forget their place. Easy peasy.

Why in the world would these children be in the wrong for asking for a refund if they weren’t going to be serviced? It’s incredible that they were charged at all given the circumstances. Certainly they should’ve been entitled to receive their money back and the police shouldn’t have been called to begin with.
