It isn’t the responsibility of Americans to solve the problems of Africa. Only Africans can solve their own problems.

Reading between the lines of what Trump says, and understanding when Trump is using satire, is a skill you might want to brush up on. I recommend reading Jonathan Swift, for starters.

Seems more like pro paranoid, or pro grandstanding. Trump’s not going to have a Muslim, black, Mexican, women, Jewish, Asian, gay, transgender, or any other kind of registry.
