As deplorable as the deep alt right is, they are technically “grassroots activists.” They are a loose collection of individuals who care deeply enough about certain issues to push for political change. We may hate their activism, but the term does fit.

You have to have at least a degree of self awareness to recognize that someone else completely lacks self awareness. Most Trump supporters aren’t exactly the deepest thinkers on the block.

Local police departments will likely issue warrants for those who’ve been incarcerated previously. If they find them, they’ll take them down to the crossing in Laredo or Juarez, or Eagle Pass, and send them across. This is what already happens if an undocumented immigrant is released from jail.

Agree 100%. There are plenty of reasons to be worried about Trump- the chief one being that he’s plum out of his fucking mind- that one doesn’t have to lie or fabricate in order to express the gravity of this election.

Maybe. I’ve read different exit polls. I suppose the problem with exit polling is obvious, at this point; you cannot accurately poll a “silent” majority.

Not a completely unrealistic fantasy. Trump is so sick, that a person as guilty in manipulation as Frank Underwood probably could lead him around like a donkey. The Democrats would simply have to be smart and find that person, or people, perhaps with help from elements within the CIA.

Also, if for some reason the economy begins to boom under Trump- and he has no major fuckups-you run the risk of pushing the moderate center into the Trump camp if you run a buffoon without experience on the Democratic side. Sounds impossible now, but things can change dramatically in 4 years.
