Oh, you mean the same townspeople who constantly mock her for her book-learnin’ and who are legit confused about why she has zero interest in getting with her violent stalker, Gaston? The same people who also mock her dad for intelligence? And who refuse to help her father rescue her from the Beast? And who conspire

I just think we should stand up against the Hollywood trend of beast-washing. MORE JOBS FOR REAL BEASTS!

“I had it in mind that a woman designer might be interesting for a while now.”

Why do I get an American Psycho vibe from that picture?

What she means is, when you grow up, 26 is childhood. It’s postadolescent. You look at your old photos and you marvel at how little and unwise and young and immature you were then, even though you felt like a grownup at the time. You remember your thoughts at that age and you cringe at their sheer

Oh gawd is he creepy.

Ah, Nicole Kidman’s natural hair. It’s been a long time, old friend.

I’m very meh on him in this photo because the whole tongue and stare thing is kind of creeping me out but she is luminous. Her skin is gorgeous.

- Tim Burton, basically.

He seems unaware that forming a concrete image of someone based solely on their gender is the exact definition of sexism.

“A neutral online persona”

“They say that they believe in diversity of thought, but their pattern matching habits cause them to prematurely narrow their aperture before giving certain entrepreneurs a chance to prove themselves.”

You really have to watch a bunch of his early movies to appreciate it. He wasn’t just hot, he had this amazingly charming/disarming manner about him that caused panties to fly into orbit. He didn’t come across like a player at all. That clip from Shampoo gives you an idea, but really only scratches the surface.

The important thing I learned from this - Annette Bening was going to play Catwoman????

I blame these fuckers.

Exactly. He’s good looking, is/was apparently amazing in bed, and treated people respectfully. Funny how that works.

That dude is just so cool. He really does seem like a genuinely nice guy, and that’s the secret.
