    A compelling plotline?

I strongly agree with that about the writing.  It’s the best written FO game since NV.

I promise you, I felt this way. I tried it for the first time 3 months ago, and as exactly that kind of fan of the franchise (besides GURPS, I never played with that), I’m pretty happy I did. The lore aspect alone is making it worthwhile, but the gameplay is turning out to be generally very fun, with a very minor touch

This. It’s also WAY more fun than I expected, and I only picked it up 3 months ago.

Lifelong Beth game guy. All the way back to Arena.

    You are spot fucking on.

I have to admit, not shitting on beds is a pretty good rule to live by.

Fair enough!  Thanks for the response.

    underrated comment

Probably not, but I will admit, I am curious...I get not loving it, but genuine dislike seems like a strong response.  What elicits it?

Wait, the icewall? What the fuck? It’s a giant disk with a icewall rim now?

    Underrated comment!

Really well made, insightful point, but also: what a fuckin douche, lol...

The amount of post-release content that has come out for that game post release — at no additional cost to the consumer — is literally without precedent. If, as you claim, your preferred metric for assessing culpability is mitigation, then you are complaining rather idly.

I know exactly the distinction you are making, and it is the former: amazing to play.

Unfortunately, no — and I share your feelings regarding the inequity of resource allocation and usage. But feeding 11 billion people indefinitely will exhaust Earth’s natural resources unless we make some major changes to how we do agriculture, etc.

If you are trolling, the 1850 bit was funny.

Not even remotely the same thing.

America, the melting pot’ to ‘America, charcuterie board’” is fucking brilliant. Well done.

If you are going to click and read them, you oughtn’t complain about not needing to do so.
