I didn’t know this. Although things are still messed up for a lot of people, I think it helps show Aksys is at least trying.

This is unfortunate with the distribution of the watches, but I felt Aksys was very open with the issues causing the delays. Also, Amazon gave a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I feel they’ve more than made up for the delay. Hopefully the issues with still missing/broken watches can be remedied as well.
