I'm hoping that this quality of graphics will be seen in IN-game gameplay, not just during cutscenes (as is currently the case).

Im sure many will disagree with me, but personally, the only things worth anything in the FF series are the cutscenes. Im not a big turn based rpg fan so thats the main reason for my view. However, I've never been a fan of games with amazing cutscenes whereas the gameplay graphics are just meh.

No, my video playback is fine. I was referring to the animations of character movements. Looks more like Black Light: Tango Down. Cheap and Not very impressive

Lighting looks really good. But choppy movement and graphics give it a cheap "knock off" feel.

Without question, this is some pretty amazing stuff. That said, I'd enjoy playing this if I as the player were free to explore the world on my own too. As it is currently, the player cannot go off on his own and experience things apart from Milo. I mean, even when your supposed to be walking away from Milo's house…
