@Nick1693: look at the edges of the icons. See the "tiny, grainy, dotted edges?" Those are the pixels. They are smaller and more densely packed together than on most devices, but they are still there.

@TomServo: I'm sure such information - does exist. Its probably only as far off as a simple Google search.

@parabellum2000: Not exactly the same thing. Having a car that goes 150 but not being ALLOWED to go that fast doesnt make you UNABLE to go that fast, — Just illegal to go that fast. You can physically Drive 150 and notice the difference in speed.

@mitc7930: I can see the pixels on my iPhone 4. Like I said, the display is better than most, but not so good that the pixels are "invisible" to the naked eye.

@Tanner Prasek: My eyesight is average, yet, I can see the pixels on an iPhone 4's screen. Yes, they are smaller and harder to see than most other screens, but they are not so small that they cant be seen with the naked eye. The screen is good, but not so good that it can fool the eye.

@Nick1693: I CAN see the pixels of an iPhone 4's screen. Perhaps you need glasses....

@TomServo: Its not necessarily which can see more frames per second since its the brain that processes the info and translates it to what we are capable of understanding. We can only understand so much information at once.

Retina display is over rated. It's certainly NOT 'pushing up against the threshold of the human eye.'

@brokenscope001: Being that I work for the Attorney General, I'd say that I am quite familiar with "how law works" and how "case law is created."

@brokenscope001: I think you're paranoid and looking too deeply into things. The issue is about making it illegal to mod a console or game for the purpose of stopping some from having an unfair advantage (thus, grieving) other players. Its not part of some clandestine plan for corporations to take away ownership…
