“Not killing anyone, that’s for sure.” - Actually, in the latest season of Arrow, Green Arrow is killing aplenty. This season’s actually been pretty good in my opinion, a few boring characters and tropes aside. Definitely an improvement on the last couple of rubbish seasons.
