They completely ruined that game for me. Made changes to all the characters I thought were fun to play, had 400 hours into that game but haven’t touched it in years now.

I totally agree with the value for money. I pay $100 (well I used to before Covid) for a three hour concert or $75 for a baseball game, plus all the money I spend on concessions. Even compared to movies, a two hour movie on Blu-Ray is $20-$25.

I have to do this by major systems I’ve owned.

Very true. In fact my first job was in the electronics department at Wal-Mart. Not only did I have access to video games first, but also music and these “new fangled at the time” DVDs.

My comment wasn’t so much complaining about any coverage of this game. More the lack of coverage of any other racing games, some that are arguably better. Just seems odd giving this game of all the racing games this much coverage. And if the game wasn’t on Game Pass, it would be nowhere near the most successful…

The last one was quite different, so much so that it alienated some fans of the series. And the next one will be the first numbered Gran Turismo since the PS3 era so I’d expect some changes there too.

Gran Turismo 7 better get the same amount of coverage or I am calling paid promotion. Never seen so many articles about an average racing game that is not much different than it’s previous iterations.

Maybe I’m crazy, as I don’t care for farming for levels, but absolutely love farming for resources. I love harvesting and crafting in games and usually spend most of my time doing that.

Maybe check it out again. The problems have been largely overblown and they have added a new weapon class and PVP modes.

Yeah, it has become obvious this game will only get negative coverage. No articles about the huge update they have already done, adding a new weapon class. Buddy just got a new gaming PC and I talked him into getting the game, he is loving it too.
