You actually got the “video game” aspects of the review better too. You actually explain the different activities in the game with screenshots of stuff like the menus and maps. How it ran on your PC. The Kotaku review was just a list of some things he did in the game. Talked about the character editor for a couple

Much better review than the Kotaku review by the guy who is “anti-car.”

When you’re not driving fast cars on long roads through eye-popping vistas, you’re amassing a collection of obscenely expensive wealthmobiles for no other purpose, I suppose, than staring at them. And having others stare at them, too.”

I see there is no update that the bug was fixed last night.

Finished product prices are definitely not what they should be, but crafting materials are needed in such large amounts if someone wants to level up all the various crafting trees, people will buy those instead of farming them. Things like Green Wood that can be harvested everywhere at any level have Buy Orders out on

That was a bit overblown. I have had no issues with not having enough gold, have over 80 hours played so far. There are plenty of reasonably obtainable resources that can be sold. Well, that was before they stopped any trading.

I defended the price and planned to get the service. But after seeing how bad the emulation is, I have to agree to is a rip off. If they fix the emulation, then I have no problem paying $50 a year.

We used to play cops and robbers in our cars when we were 16-18. Chasing each other around town like idiots. We had every street, alley and long/circle driveway in town memorized.

There will probably be a standalone account you can create with any email like most products use. Like Steam or Epic. It will be an account just for VR, not anything to do with a Facebook account. I do not have a Facebook account and didn’t want to create one just for VR. Probably would have purchased the Quest when I

Glad Rockstar did this. Don’t want to offend people in your murder game.

I don’t know. Uncle Buck, while crude, seemed to be the much more likeable person than his sister and brother-in-law for whom he was babysitting for. And the movies had many more suburban WASPs than North Shore.

but we’re not likely to get a movie about wacky, incompetent cops again.”

I guess you don’t live in the midwest or the south, plenty of kids own guns. I remember kids bringing their guns to school so they could go hunting right after school, and this was Illinois in the 90s.

Yeah, any chance to hate on cryptos and NFTs, even if it has nothing to do with video games like this article, is taken. I don’t even have any crypto or NFTs and think the hate is a bit silly. Especially when they say the environmental issues isn’t even the most problematic. Not sure why they care how people spend

Yeah, I’m sure there are a few issues. But it’s not like you don’t run into similar issues at dealerships. And you don’t have to deal with a salesman trying to get every penny he can out of you.

Yeah, dude sounds like a complete wiener.

I honestly don’t see too many new fans jumping into Advance Wars as it is, and those mobile game like graphics we have seen so far won’t be bringing anyone in. I may be wrong, maybe the Fire Emblem fanbase will pick it up. But it won’t be because of the graphics.

The original’s graphics you mean, right? That is what I was saying, it already had a nice clean look that worked perfect for a tactical game. It already worked well, not a fan of the mobile game look we have seen in the previews. And to further delay over something that didn’t really need changed is kind of a bummer.

I’m really not sure why they felt the need to overhaul the visuals in the first place. No one plays Advance Wars for the visuals. I think a lot of people would have been happy with a port with some QoL improvements but they probably want to charge more than that would have commanded.

If you haven’t realized it yet, gamers are some of the cheapest people on the planet when it comes to their supposed hobby. And I’m not talking about retro game collecting.
