Same here. I don't know and cannot find this menu of which they speak! I want to know!

What do you mean it doesn't zoom far enough? Just double tap again, and slide your finger again. At max it may take two... MAYBE three swipes and about 2 seconds depending on who's backyard you want to look at, seeing as three swipes will be pretty much 1inch:100ft zoom level or closer.
I'm not really seeing…
Nm. Edited out. :)
13.... 13 faster.
Well, he IS a "weatherman", lol... He might just have more knowledge about the subject than most, GASP!
Duh, rookie mistake, they didn't put 16 stabilizer fins and two parachutes on it! Also needed to throttle up 200%, and spin superfast counter-clockwise to counter the wobbling!
Around 3:30-3:50, when the fog was acting exactly like water crashing on an ocean beach, is my favorite part. It looked like the tide rolling in and out. Amazing.
You are amazing. Fantastic execution of nostalgia!
I know it's a "first-world problem", but I hate having to look at two different "map apps" (one for looking up directions and locations, and the other for weather), when they could be [seemingly] easily combined and integrated together. It would give Google an epic shitton more user traffic and use from their Maps…
They have cloud cover, yes, but not actual radar or weather reports. Having something we could reference for temperature and forecasting would be ideal.
Holy hell this was funny to read...
Now if only they can put a radar/weather overlay integrated into GMaps...
How hard is it for them to integrate an optional (checkbox-style) precipitation radar/satellite view layer into their Google Maps? I've been looking forward to this for so long, yet it doesn't seem likely to happen. :(
Wow! I had no idea about this! Thanks! It was really annoying when Siri mispronounced my own last name (when calling my wife).
Memphis, represent! Busiest cargo airport in the world from 1993 to 2009!
Does it calculate the physical interaction between you and the device (yes, "physics" are involved in that)? Using those calculations to apply certain changes and visual elements? Yep!
It's still a "physics engine", even though it doesn't throw a ragdoll around on a virtual floor and record the stresses and interaction…
Looks like you read the news... :P
I'm absolutely fascinated by the use of "rigid airships" (improperly confused with blimps) to construct the Empire State Building by carrying people and supplies to the top. The spire was actually originally designed and implemented as an anchor for them.
Flashlight? On an iPad? Are they foreshadowing here?
Same here to an extent. For the first 10 months or so that I had it, it was amazing, lasting months. Then in the last 3 months it's gone to shit fast. I have to charge it every week or so. I don't understand how such a drastic change could happen. Great mouse, though. Love it.
