That is the‘fasting’ calories, not a normal day. Go down to 800 and make it mostly fat and protein, for 2 days a week, do it for 6 weeks. Need to be sure to get a lot of salt so nuts are ideal in this mix, esp almonds which have a ton of magnesium.
