Well, I can say this with certainty. IT blows DS3 out of the water, and definitely holds a candle to DS2. It’s been a while since I hit the original DS, but RPS has a series of DOS2 reviews.
The problem is not that it’s available, but that it’s an undue burden on the lower class, which is primarily populated by minorities, who historically vote Democratic. This makes it a way to control racial voting, and reduce the number of potential Democratic check marks on a ballot.
You’ve also got to throw in the requirement to have the ability to access one of these authorized locations (during their work hours, which is often your own work hours), which is not necessarily within walking distance, and even if they are located at the same location as your polling station, what if you take public…
