I’d like to note that noted asshole Karen Handel is mentioned as a replacement for Georgia Rep Tom Price. As a reminder, Karen Handel was VP of Policy at Komen and came up with the idea for Komen to cut ties with Planned Parenthood. There was a huge uproar and she quit Komen.

As a news junky this is exhausting to keep up with and nothing less than crazy. The news cycle is batshit to say the least. It’s only been a month and there’s been scandal-level news nearly every day. This is not sustainable.

I’m actually curious why he refuses to grow up a spine and stand up to Trump. The other GOP I understand because they have to run for re-election and don’t want to lose his base. He won in 2016 and I doubt he would run again at 86.

I don’t even get why. It would be one thing if he was 60-ish, but he’s 80 years old... AND he isn’t up for re-election until 2024, when he’ll be 8-friggon-6.

Until he votes like he knows what’s up, it doesn’t matter what he says.

John McCain is a gutless partisan hack. He will not stand up to Drumpf until it’s politically expedient. By then, it might just be too late.
