Why in the world are they putting out laws that have already been judged as unconstitutional?

He’s also my Senator. Can he explain why the vast, VAST majority of parents of disabled children send their kids to public schools? Maybe because private schools don’t have to abide by the IDEA and if given the choice, won’t? God, fuck them all.
Not discounting your point but consider also the fact that DeVos is the only one who completely and utterly bombed her confirmation hearing. Part of the reason Dems are making a stand with her is that she made herself vulnerable.
This is what you were hired for. GET. IT. Yell. Whatever. Keep yelling.
We really should. At least call and say “Keep going. Thank you.”
I asked this question about Trump during the general election. Why does he even care about being President? He has all of the money in the world, why wouldn’t he just fucking take it and sit on a beach somewhere.
So far she’s the one who is the most awful at what she needs to do. Like they’re all incompetent, but she is proactively fucking terrible because her policies would be a fucking disaster for this country. It would be like if Rick Perry wanted to dismantle all of our nukes.
If you can call those sad little pipecleaners arms. Do you even lift, bro?
We dont need to wait for nukes. With the elimination of the EPA and deregulation across many industries, we’ll kill ourselves off quick enough.
By destroying the education system, you make it easier to brainwash youth.
Leaving aside the fact this woman is completely unqualified and terrible, it is so so weird to me that this woman wants this position. She’s SUPER rich. She could (and probably did) send her children to the fanciest Jesus schools ever. Why is she so so concerned about something that will absolutely not affect her? I…
“Maybe the GOP just don’t take HUD seriously and are willing to accept a completely unqualified nominee?”
I’m into this. They can’t filibuster, so they are going to stay up all night trying to talk sense to the craven. It won’t work, but I’m not paying you to win. I’m paying you to fight.
Problem with sessions or price is that they are sitting senators so it’s harder to get people to vote against them out of a misguided sense of professional courtesy.
It’s almost like they talk a good game but when they have a chance to stop the Orange Menace, it’s always party over country.
Well, she also had by far the worst confirmation of any of his nominees. Possibly of any cabinet nominee ever. Some of them obviously have no problem voting for his nominees just because they’re his (see Elizabeth Warren voting Ben Carson out of committee) so I’d like to think that this is because she’s uniquely…
C’mon Lindsay Graham and John McCain....you fuckers sure talk a lot for doing absolutely nothing of value.
I’d like to hear one valid reason why anyone thinks she’d be good for the public sector. I would think that no one has volunteered this as of yet, should be a pretty big red flag to anyone that would vote for her.
