FYI - Acetaminophen becomes toxic at 2.5 times the recommended dosage. Not very long ago, the recommended dosage was higher.  Acetaminophen is a very good medication that is scary easy to overdose.

I think that if you add a enough padding to make a difference, you increase the risk of neck injuries (more weight, larger moment arm).

By way of Universality Invitations, every country can send one male and one female swimmer to compete in the Olympics, regardless of how fast they swim. If a country only sends one swimmer, and that swimmer is a woman, they can not compete in the men’s division. The men’s division is restricted to men.  

This ruling only applies to 46 XY women. None of whom have male genitalia or the ability to impregnate women. If anything you have said was remotely true, Semenya would not be affected by the ruling, and could compete without lowering her testosterone level.
