It also doesn’t take “20-30 minutes” for changeover if the bands know what they are doing (don’t break your drums down on stage, drummers), and most shows you can backline. If you’re seeing a tour package (like, say, Mastodon/Opeth/Ghost) it might take them 20 minutes…

I am a working musician that plays gigs at least once a month, and both rules of etiquette and the desire to be paid dictates that I stay all the way to the end of the night (usually 2 AM) every time I play a show, even if I’m not part of the headliner.…
